Raymond Zoeller

Raymond Zoeller joined Organicell Regenerative Medicine, Inc. as Strategic Advisor in May 2020. Mr. Zoeller brings over 30 years of leadership experience and demonstrated results.  An entrepreneur, strategist, and adept P&L/turnaround manager, he has held both key operating and consulting positions with premier consulting firms, international information-based conglomerates, and his own enterprises.  For the past 10 years, he has headed his own strategy consulting firm, been an angel investor, and presently serves on the investment committees for two venture funds, Florida Funders and AVG Castor Ventures.

Previously, during his 16 years with Thomson Healthcare, Mr. Zoeller helped champion its revenue growth from $114M to over $500M while driving operating margins above 26%.  In varied operating roles, he directed strategic planning, the acquisition of multiple companies (ranging from small private company transactions to the $300M acquisition of a public company), and many new business development activities across Thomson Healthcare’s businesses (including the transition of the company’s flagship printed products to the launch of award-winning Internet portals).  Ultimately, Mr. Zoeller assisted in helping Thomson enjoy a windfall exit of its healthcare properties, which in large part are now assimilated in IBM Watson as Truven Analytics.  Mr. Zoeller’s earlier roles with Cincinnati Bell Information Systems, Planning Research Corporation, and Strategic Planning Associates (now part of Mercer), helped shape his forthright style and team-building skills.  A more complete summary of Mr. Zoeller’s professional work history can be found on his LinkedIn profile at https://www.linkedin.com/in/exec4healthcare/.
