Dr. Garth Denyer graduated from the University of Cape Town in South Africa in 1973. From 1973 until 1978, he completed his residency in internal medicine in South Africa and Canada. In 1981, he moved to The Woodlands, TX, and started the Oaks Medical Center where most of his practice centered on internal medicine.
He became a Cenegenics patient over ten years ago, and because of the personal success he had, he started taking an active interest in age management. He completed the Cenegenics training and certification process and opened his office in The Woodlands in 2007. On July 1, 2011, he became a Cenegenics partner and officially opened Cenegenics Medical Institute of Houston. In his ongoing quest for knowledge, he has attended many motivational conferences to learn more about positively influencing his patients’ habits to help them change and meet their personal health goals.
Dr. Denyer is 66 years old, is 6’2”, and weighs 195 lbs. with 10% body fat. Other than his regular resistance and strength training, he plays racquetball and windsurfs in the spring.
